The service was a bit of a letdown, with rude behavior reported despite past positive experiences. The location, set in a quiet business area near the freeway, needed some cleanliness improvements but was overall peaceful. Dining had both good and disappointing aspects.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and clean, but the room design was a bit odd with few outlets. The service was extremely friendly, but the dining options were lacking. The location was convenient for my event, but the area felt a bit dark. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel's location is its strongest point, being close to many restaurants and in the area we wanted to be.
